WIP – River Rocks…

This is sort of a finish and sort of a WIP.  The Table Runner is complete but the matching placemats are still on my design table.

I am soooo happy with how this turned out!  It is a gift for my step-daughter for her wedding.  Eventually there will be placemats to go along with it.  She told me the colours that she would like and that she would like something modern!  This is what I came up with.  I FMQ wavey lines over the whole thing and the effect is simple and quite stunning!

Here is a closer look at the quilting. I was trying to recreate water flowing.

Here it is rolled up and ready to package – showing the label.

Close up of the label…. “Made with Love”

What a pretty package…..

I am very happy to report that both the bride and groom loved it.

Here’s wishing Michelle & Boris the very best in their future with days filled with sunshine and happiness!

So now head over to Amy at Freshly Pieced and see what everyone else is up to 🙂
