If you read my post yesterday, you are aware that I’ve not been feeling at the top of my game. Suffice it to say, I am on the upswing and hope to be back to my old self real soon.
While resting on the sofa, I looked out at the dreary November weather. It’s cold & damp. It’s raining…
I am grateful for my home. It a small house by today’s standards. It is mine though. Filled with love and all the comforts one needs. For my hubby and me…it’s perfect!
We moved from a large metropolitan area almost five years ago. We now live in a rural area, on a park-like acre of paradise…the inside is cozy; welcoming to all that enter. This is the view I’m grateful for today…
It’s warm & cozy. I’m snuggled under one of my earliest quilts…it’s flannel, so even more coziness here. It’s showing signs of wear…the best gift for a quilt, I think anyway. It shows it has been put to use and is loved.
I think the word of today, for this post at least, is COZY. It’s important for me right now as I recuperate.
Thanks for visiting. Head over to Michelle’s site for more examples of gratitude.
