I’ve been house bound this week. Today, I decided enough is enough, and I dragged (not un-willingly) hubby with me to go for a walk. A little fresh air and mild exercise would probably do me more good than anything else. We went to a local conservation area with easy walking trails and took the easiest and shortest trail.
Today I’m grateful for the lovely mild weather after several cold and windy days. We had a nice walk, enjoying the scenery. There is a a thin coating of ice on the pond. The sun has little warmth, but in the trees it was very sheltered and comfortable. Come join me …
I feel better, though am tired out. Thanks for joining me on my walk today. And thank you for joining me during this week of gratitude. I know I have so much to be grateful for. This was a great exercise.
