June 2015 – week twenty five

Welcome back. For the month of June, I am following, the blog.  I love seeing how different people approach things.  Beth’s photography has a really fresh feel to it.  Her blog also has some wonderful photography tips…check it out when you get a chance.

Now on to this week’s photos & prompts:

June 15 – special; I met up with my local Foto Club for a local open house & photo shoot.  I found a wonderful pond with water lilies…I love water lilies…I thought this shot was ‘special’

June 16 – a habit; for me, it has to be my morning cup of coffee

June 17 – explore; Charleston, SC is one of my favourite cities to explore.  There are so many wonderful & picturesque cobblestone streets and lanes to wander down.

June 18 – what represents me; I have to thank a colleague at work for her suggestion for this one.  I am a quilter, wannabe gardener, hobby photographer and a really good friend of Mr. Sock Monkey, who often helps me with my photo shoots.

June 20 – in my cup; coffee of course, enjoying it in the morning sunshine in my garden

June 21 – today; it’s the official first day of summer – enjoying reflections in my stream, with the various grasses & blooming wildflowers.

Thanks for visiting, until next time, Connie 🙂

I am living my dream life in the country! I love photography, travelling, cooking, baking and I even try my hand at quilting.
