This week I am joining Michelle’s annual Gratitude Week 2015.
Today Michelle asks:
Pay attention to how you’re feeling at various times today. Are you sensing any ease? Are you lingering in delight? How many yes-es will you welcome into your day and into your being?
Today is not a work day. Today I get to spend time with a leisurely coffee, still in my pyjamas. Saturdays are for rest & relaxation.
Today I am grateful for:
- early morning quiet time
- coffee in a favourite mug (gifted from a far away friend)
- coffee with my favourite guy
- grateful that my family is safe
