This week I am joining Michelle’s annual Gratitude Week 2015.
Today Michelle asks:
How has this week of practicing gratitude felt for you? Did it open space in your life? What does gratitude mean to you?
I try to practice gratitude every day. It doesn’t always mean big things; though this week helps focus on all types of gratitude. It helps me stay grounded. To me it means being happy in your current place in life, looking at your surroundings and being happy/grateful for what you have.
It’s Sunday…a quiet day…today I’m grateful for:
- the sun shining after a week of dark days
- the way it shines in at this time of year
- the smell of the coffee brewing
- the sound it makes to let me know it is ready
