joining Michelle GD for “Just Five Things”…
my list of quiet:
- early mornings, alone with my thoughts & journal, watching the sun come up – it’s my favorite time of the day
- listening to calming music on my daily commute
- a leisurely, solitary stroll through one of the many local nature trails with my camera
- quiet time before bed with a good book or my journal if I didn’t get to it in the morning
- a long, hot bath – preferably by candlelight, with a glass of wine
This time of year I especially crave ‘quiet’. How about you?
