Just Five Things – Gratitude

For the next couple of weeks, I’m joining Michelle in “Just Five Things”, the making of lists….Today’s subject is Gratitude!

‘Thank you’ is the best prayer that anyone could say. I say that one a lot.
Thank you expresses extreme gratitude, humility, understanding.

mine

Morning:

  1. a warm & cozy home
  2. seeing the sunrise on my way to work
  3. coffee!
  4. leaves, leaves & more leaves
  5. ‘good morning’ notes/texts from my kids

Noon:

  1. warm sunshine coming through my office window
  2. having a window!!!
  3. leftovers for lunch, packed by hubby 🙂
  4. being acknowledged at work
  5. checking things off the daily to do list 

Evening:

  1. dinner ready for me when I get home 
  2. great food, easy conversation, wonderful companion
  3. time for some knitting after dinner
  4. warm slippers, cosy sweater
  5. enjoying a cup of tea & some pumpkin pie. 

Life is good!
