Welcome back to this week’s photo-a-day challenge. This completes four years of photo-a-day for me.
The weather here is snowy but not too cold … perfect for the holidays!
Now on to this week’s photos:
December 25 – family; this is one of my favourite ‘archive’ photos of me with my girls when they were small.

December 26 – off prompt; this sunrise was so pretty but so fleeting. It lasted only 2 mintues before the rain clouds opened up and washed away the little bit of snow we had. Luckily we didn’t get the freezing rain that many others had to contend with.

December 27 – the weather outside; a very mild day after yesterday’s rain.

Decmeber 28 – glimpse; it’s back to work, so I only get a glimpse of the morning sunshine as seen through the office decorations.

December 29 – chilly; a quick stop in the park on my way to work shows a very chilly morning over the Bay of Quinte.

December 30 – warmth; I love the warmth of candlelight in these early evenings! Especially pretty in new voitives … a Christmas gift from a dear friend!

December 31 – celebrate; on the last day of the year, we awoke to the prettiest snowfall. We are ready to say goodbye to 2016, and ring in 2017, with all the best hopes & wishes of the season.
December at a glance – such a pretty & festive collage!
Happy New Year to everyone that is reading this! May 2017 be filled with joy, wonder, happiness & good health!
