April/May 2017 – week 18

Welcome back to this year’s photo-a-day journey. I’m sharing little bits of my daily life & travels.

This week’s weather is can only be described and wet. Lots and lots of rain…

Now onto this week’s photos:

April 30 – Happy Birthday! …and just like that, my youngest daughter turned 30! How did that happen? It feels like only yesterday that she was born & now, suddenly, or so it seems, is all grown up!

May 1 – morning view from the dining room; I am so happy to have this view at breakfast.

May 2 – reaching for the sky; this tree looks so happy in the spring sunlight.

May 3 – cherry blossoms on the fence line; a lovely view at a random spot on my way to work.

May 4 – more blossoms; because they are everywhere now and they are just so pretty!

May 5 – treasure; found this little guy while hiking through one of our many trails.

May 6 – rainy mornings require coffee; it has rained for several days this week and promises to continue for a few more before it’s over…coffee is the answer.
