Welcome back to this year’s photo-a-day journey. I’m sharing little bits of my daily life & travels.
This week’s weather continues as typical autumn weather, though it’s been fairly warm; but we did have a heavy frost one morning; sign of colder weather to come. The days are getting shorter & shorter.
Now onto this week’s photos:
October 15 – at the apple orchard; fall means apples and would not be complete without a trip to the orchard…this trip we picked up a small basket of Honey Crisp apples & they were very yummy!
October 16 – apples; just peaking over the edge of a full bin…I can hear them calling to me!
October 17 – sunset from the deck; after a day with high winds and changeable weather we had one of the best sunsets in a while.
October 18 – silos; I just love this view at the apple orchard.
October 19 – pumpkins & squash; harvest time in the country – and doesn’t this just say autumn to you? All the farm stands are decked out with the bounty of the gardens.
October 20 – view over the back fence; so much colour this time of year. I love the ever-changing view over my back fence.
October 21 – lone leaf; but not for long…our trees are just turning colours and the leaves will start dropping soon.
As always, I thank you for visiting. Feel free to join in on Instagram, #ciuan365 or #nothingisordinary or you can just follow me @BasildonKitchens.
Until next time, Connie 🙂
