Welcome back to this year’s photo-a-day journey. I’m sharing little bits of my daily life & travels.
This week’s weather continues as typical autumn weather; rain, wind & sun too! It’s dark in the morning now when I get up and the sun is setting as I arrive home. This week I experienced my first morning frost…harbinger of things to come, no doubt!
Now onto this week’s photos:
October 22 – early morning light; with the later sunrise, I’m able to catch the first rays of morning sun hit the leaves on our maple trees. I love watching how the light changes with the seasons.
October 23 – a fall sail; a beautiful day to be on the water, partly sunny, cool and amazing colours all around.
October 24 – another cornfield; I was driving around and found this water pump in front of a cornfield quite by accident…lucky find, a very pretty setting.
October 25 – apples waiting to become cider; the County Cider Company makes some of the best cider in Ontario! Here are a batch of apples just waiting for the crusher!
October 26 – epic sky; on a blustery day that changed from sun to cloud & back again, this was my view on my way home, just as the sun was starting to set.
October 27 – Cannery row; the relic of a bustling business. Much of ‘the county’s’ fruit & vegetables were canned and shipped from here.
October 28 – morning mist over the pond; on my way to work – the sun rising through the rising mist.
